You retain ownership of your video but grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

No Obligation to Use: By checking this box, you acknowledge that submitting your video does not obligate the Company to use, publish, or acknowledge it. The Company has sole discretion over the selection of content for use.

Personal Information: By checking this box, you agree that the Company may collect and store your personal information, such as your name and contact details, for the purpose of this campaign. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

Release of Liability: By checking this box, you release the Company and its representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of your video, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, or defamation.
